The company though in skeletal operations since 2012 was formally registered with the corporate affairs commission (CAC) in November, 2015.

Exotic Foam and Chemical Limited is a subsidiary of Haras and Haras Nigeria Limited which has been in existence for over 10 years as reliable consultants in Polyurethane Foam, plastics, resins and adhesive production processes. We have several reputable and respected companies in our client base offering distinctive quality product and services which has distinguished us from our contemporaries.
